Since the high intensity reunion show, who would and who would not return for a second season of Arena’s hit reality series The Real Housewives of Melbourne has been up for question. Mainly, would fan favourite Gina Liano call it quits? Or would it be plastic surgeons wife Andrea Moss? Both made it quite clear neither would return if the other stayed.
But now the news has broken and one of the reality stars has reportedly quit the show.
Showbiz reporter Peter Ford let the botoxed cat out of the designer bag on Australian radio show 2DayFM Breakfast this morning on who exactly will not be coming back. Apparently Andrea Moss has decided not to return for season two, following a highly publicized rivalry with the shows breakout star, Barrister Gina Liano, and an even bigger off screen feud between the cast.
It’s rumoured that Moss will appear in episode one in a “friend of Housewife” capacity to explain why she will not continue with the show and wrap up her story line.
As for who will be joining the cast? Art consultant Gamble Breaux is rumoured to be at the top of a list of at least one hundred other high society candidates, but none have been confirmed as yet.
Season one is currently airing on Bravo in the US on Sundays.
Production on season 2 of The Real Housewives of Melbourne goes into production later this month and will air on Arena in 2015.
